Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because every order on QikStitch involves personalized configurations and irreversible alterations to raw materials, our cancellation and refund policies are strictly enforced.

1 Order Cancellation Windows

Pre-Acceptance: Full refund (100%) to the original payment method if canceled before a Partner formally accepts the assignment.
Pre-Cutting Stage: If canceled after acceptance but before fabrication/cutting commences, a 25% administrative fee is withheld to cover Partner scheduling and resource allocation.
Post-Cutting Stage: Orders are non-cancelable once fabric cutting or stitching has initiated. No refunds will be issued for "change of mind" requests after this stage.

2 Refund Eligibility Matrix

Scenario	Resolution / Remedy
Garment matches metrics but customer dislikes style.	No Refund. Styling changes incur additional Partner fees.
Garment deviates materially from submitted measurements.	Mandatory free alteration by Partner or Platform Credit issued upon verification.
Partner fails to fulfill or cancels order.	Full 100% refund of the service amount to the original payment method.

3 Refund Processing and Disclaimers

Timeline: All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Fees: Any convenience fees, platform service charges, or third-party payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
Finality: QikStitch reserves the right to determine if a garment deviation is "material" at its sole discretion after reviewing photographic or physical evidence.
