  Location access is collected only after obtaining user permission through device settings. You may disable location permissions at any time; however, some location-based features may not function correctly.
• Order and Transaction Data: Information related to your orders, tailor selections, delivery status, invoices, refunds, and transaction history required to provide our services.
• Payment Information: Payment transactions are securely processed through authorized third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay. QikStitch does not store complete debit card, credit card, or banking credentials.
• Device and Technical Data: Device information, operating system details, application version, IP address, crash reports, logs, and performance information used to maintain application security, stability, and improve user experience.
• Notification Data: Device notification tokens and related information required to send important service notifications such as order updates, delivery status, account alerts, security notifications, and service-related communications through push notification services.

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

QikStitch processes personal data only for legitimate and necessary purposes, including:

• Creating and managing customer, tailor, and delivery partner accounts.
• Connecting customers with nearby tailoring service providers.
• Processing and fulfilling tailoring orders.

• Sending order updates and important notifications.

3. Location Data Usage

Location information is an important part of QikStitch's service functionality. We use location data only for providing relevant services and improving operational efficiency.

• Customers: Location helps identify nearby tailor shops and available services.
• Tailor Partners: Location helps customers discover registered tailoring shops and supports shop location verification.
• Delivery Partners: Location information may be accessed while the delivery partner is actively using delivery-related features to provide route assistance, pickup coordination, and delivery status updates.

QikStitch does not continuously collect location information when location services are not required for an active feature.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

QikStitch does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your information is shared only when necessary to provide requested services.

• Tailoring Partners: Required customer order details, measurements, and customization information may be shared with the selected tailor to complete your order.
• Delivery Partners: Required pickup, delivery, and location information may be shared with assigned delivery partners to complete delivery services.
• Service Providers: Limited information may be shared with trusted technology providers including authentication, hosting, payment, maps, notification, and logistics service providers who process information under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal Authorities: Information may be disclosed when required by applicable laws, court orders, or government authorities.

QikStitch uses trusted third-party services to operate and improve our applications, including:

• Firebase services for authentication, cloud database storage, application security, notifications, and service reliability.li>

These providers process information only for providing their respective services and are required to maintain appropriate security standards.
