By accessing, registering, browsing, or placing an order through QikStitch, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and other applicable platform policies.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained appropriate parental or legal guardian consent to use the platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using QikStitch services immediately.
QikStitch operates as a digital marketplace platform that connects customers with independent tailoring service providers and facilitates order management, communication, payments, and service coordination.
QikStitch does not own, operate, employ, or control independent Tailor Partners listed on the platform.
The tailoring service agreement is directly between the Customer and the selected Tailor Partner. QikStitch acts only as a technology platform facilitating the transaction.
QikStitch maintains reasonable platform standards and grievance mechanisms but does not guarantee or independently control every aspect of third-party services provided by Partners.
When you place an order through QikStitch, you authorize QikStitch to process your order information, coordinate with the selected Partner, and facilitate payment collection where applicable.
An order becomes confirmed after successful payment confirmation (where applicable) and acceptance or processing initiation by the Partner through the QikStitch platform.
QikStitch facilitates the ordering process but is not responsible for the manufacturing, stitching quality, craftsmanship, fabric characteristics, or final tailoring outcome delivered by independent Partners.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your QikStitch account, registered mobile number, authentication credentials, and account information.
Violation of these requirements may result in suspension or termination of your account and may lead to legal action where applicable.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, garment specifications, design preferences, and customization details wherever customer-provided information is required.
QikStitch may provide measurement guidance or tools to assist customers; however, final garment fitting depends on measurement accuracy, body changes, fabric properties, design complexity, and customer preferences.
Alterations caused by incorrect measurements provided by customers, changed preferences, additional customization requests, or modifications after order confirmation may involve additional charges determined by the Partner.
QikStitch may facilitate pickup and delivery services through independent delivery partners or logistics service providers.
Customers may submit reviews, ratings, feedback, images, or other content related to QikStitch services.
You agree that submitted content must be truthful, lawful, and must not contain offensive, misleading, abusive, defamatory, or unlawful material.
QikStitch reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or platform guidelines.
QikStitch takes reasonable measures to maintain platform quality and partner standards; however, customers acknowledge that tailoring outcomes may vary due to measurements, fabric selection, design complexity, craftsmanship, and individual expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QikStitch shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or third-party damages arising from Partner services, platform usage, delays, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
You agree to indemnify and hold QikStitch, its directors, employees, affiliates, and representatives harmless against claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, fraudulent activities, or infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of QikStitch services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, India.
Customers are encouraged to first contact QikStitch through the designated grievance mechanism to seek resolution before initiating legal proceedings.
QikStitch shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, internet failures, payment gateway outages, transportation disruptions, strikes, technical failures, communication failures, or other unforeseen events.
