2.1 Acceptance and Eligibility

By accessing or transacting on QikStitch, you agree to these Terms. You confirm you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal guardian consent. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2.2 Our Role as an Intermediary

QikStitch functions as a digital marketplace intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000. We do not own, operate, or employ the tailors listed. The contract for services is strictly between you and the independent Partner. We provide a "safe harbour" platform and do not proactively filter all third-party content, but maintain a notice-and-takedown mechanism for grievances.

2.3 Account Security and Platform Circumvention

You are responsible for your account credentials. You agree not to "circumvent" the platform—meaning you will not solicit or pay Partners directly to bypass QikStitch commissions. Violation of this clause will lead to immediate account termination and potential legal action for recovery of lost commissions.

2.4 Pricing, Payment Collection, and Alterations

• Pricing: All fees include service rates and platform commissions. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Payment Collection: QikStitch is authorized to collect payments from customers on behalf of the Partners. Payments may be made via various methods facilitated by the platform, including but not limited to, integrated payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay), credit/debit cards, net banking, digital wallets, or Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable.
• Authorized Payment: Your payment made to QikStitch for an order shall be deemed as a valid discharge of your payment obligation to the Partner.
• Alteration Policy: Complimentary alterations are restricted to verified deviations from your original order specifications. Requests stemming from personal preference or inaccurate measurements provided by the customer are subject to additional Partner charges.

2.5 Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

QikStitch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from Partner services. You agree to indemnify and hold QikStitch harmless against any third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the platform.

2.6 Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh. We encourage users to first resolve grievances via our designated Grievance Officer before resorting to legal action.

2.7 Force Majeure

QikStitch shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation (including "line noise" interference).
